Enhancing individuals or businesses at any stage of their lives or careers is a calling for us. We can tailor our services offering to meet our clients needs: from 1-2-1 programmes to remote CV & professional media advice; to graduate development training.
Wellbeing
Wellbeing is at the heart of life. Our consultants can offer service ranging from Mental Health Awareness, motivational speakers, workplace wellbeing, nutrition, massage therapy & fitness coaching.
Who We Are?
Darren Peck - Founding Director
Darren founded Recro Vida in October 2021, achieving a lifelong goal of owning his own business. Darren has been working in Environment & Sustainability roles for over a decade including; internationally & for high end clients such as Meta, NSW Government, Microsoft, Stanhope & many more.
Darren has both professional & personal experience with relation to the three core tenets which Recro Vida is founded upon: Sustainability, Personal Development & Wellbeing. This includes professional & life experience as well as academic & professional qualifications. He is an excellent communicator, networker & a diligent professional operator.
Professional Experience
Darren has worked in corporate sustainability & project management for 10 years. His experience spans from small construction fit out to £1 Billion pound infrastructure delivery. Darren has worked in the UK, Holland, Ireland & Australia. Projects include HMNB Devonport (largest Navy base in Western Europe), Tottenham Hotspur FC Stadium, The Tate Modern, Guildford Station Redevelopment, BBC television centre, Meta Data center to list just a few.
Lived Experience
Darren has a wealth of life experience, from living abroad in Australia, solo backpacking around the world for two years, to recovering from a near fatal road traffic accident by learning to walk again & retraining his brain. additonally, Darren has been exposed to a significant number of life events & alternative lifestyles within his wider network, including disability, alcoholism, suicide, mental health issues & the LGBTQA+ network.
Network Experience
Darren has accrued a network of high performing people around the world. These span across multiple industries & hail from all walks of life. Darren often draws upon this network to sub-consult in for specific topics or client requests, keeping one point of contact for his clients whilst delivering multiple consultancy services.
Currently, additional staff are employed on a contract basis, to aid the competitive costing & targeted resource specialism for each individual project. A dozen or so consultants, contractors, interns & volunteers have worked for Recro Vida in the past.
